Our main business is the direct purchase and sale of used watches and jewelry for the general public.

We guarantee the authenticity of our items.

We do not buy or sell imitations or replicas.

We only sell 100% original and authentic items.

All our articles comply with all legal procedures established by the Used Goods Act to ensure its legitimate precedence and to ensure that it is not a stolen item.

All our articles are accompanied by a guarantee of (12) months from the moment of its sale. This warranty covers defects in the operation of the item. Luxandwatches will be in charge of any anomaly related to the functioning of the watch during this time.

The warranty does not include:

• Normal wear and tear (eg scratched glass, color and / or material alteration on non-metallic belts).
• Any damage resulting from improper use of the watch, lack of care, negligence, accidents, etc.
• Damage caused by incorrect handling by unauthorized personnel.
• The battery life.

You can book a certain item by mail. Its validity will be conditioned to the availability of the article at the time of receipt of the request. Once your request has been received, we will tell you how to proceed with the payment and the deadline. No transaction will be considered closed until the item price has been deposited.

Deliveries or special insurance costs outside the peninsula will be borne by the buyer.

We will proceed to return the INTEGRAL PRICE if the watch does not conform to the description of the advertisement, except for the delivery costs that would be borne by the buyer. The buyer is committed to return the item under conditions identical to those received and if necessary, agrees to compensate for any damages that the item may have suffered.
